Inside the venue

If you would rather work out before you unwind, the equipment and the space are usually all yours.
The water is just hot enough. The moment your shoulders sink in, everything else lets go too.
A narrow aisle, cabin lights and full-size seats. Sit down and it really feels like waiting for take-off.
A blackboard and rows of desks, a classroom set recreated right down to the details.
Ropes, gloves and ring lights. When the lights come on, this is your home turf.
White walls, an examination couch and neatly laid-out instruments. More theatrical than you might expect.
The lights are low, and the set does the scene-setting for you.
Mirror walls, equipment and mats all free. Do as many sets as you like; nobody is queueing for your spot.
Close the cabin door and it is a world of its own: clouds at the window, a drink in hand, and nobody cares whether it ever leaves the ground.
